Solutions and AI

AI Is a Tool, Not the Goal

Technology serves the business — not the other way around

AI is exciting, fascinating, and sometimes even addictive. But I always keep one thing in mind: AI is the how, not the why.

Every solution starts with understanding the business need. Once the challenge is clear, we explore the most suitable way to address it. Sometimes AI is the answer. Sometimes it isn't. There is no one-size-fits-all solution.

My approach is to first look at what's already available. If there's a solution on the market that meets the business needs, I generally prefer to use it rather than reinvent the wheel.

When a unique challenge calls for something more tailored, we explore other possibilities — from AI-powered tools and vibe coding to workflow automation, Microsoft Power Automate, AI agents, or platforms like Make. Some solutions can be developed and implemented in-house, while others are better handled with the help of a professional partner who can design and build them for us.

The right solution depends on the problem, the company's needs, its existing systems, and the way its people prefer to work.

The goal is not to use the latest technology. It's to find the smartest, simplest, and most effective way to get things done.

Today it's easy: you build it using Vibe Coding.

Here are some examples:

Computerizing the business forms

Transforming audio data into a written table (created for a breeder for the purpose of collecting field observations)
